Carried out for a International Cooperative, France 2015

- Challenge: allowing an ageing group to revitalize / marking the start of a new Presidency / empowering members / drawing the roadmap for the coming decade.

- Solution: radical change in meeting format: in an Open Space Forum, each voice is equal and counts: the participants build the agenda, the schedule, the sessions together, and are responsible for the outcomes.

- Results: 5 targeted project teams and a common direction for the future.

Performed for a Leadership Conference, in San Diego in 2019

- Challenge: providing dynamic and inclusive content: so conference participants take ownership of the topic and get involved.

- Solution: disruptive effect by setting participants in motion and questioning their beliefs and behaviours / individual and collective awareness of the issues.

- Results: a "wow" effect leading to genuine listening, and a change of perspective.

"Flexibility at work: Freedom + responsibility = Happiness?"

Carried out over an afternoon for an SME of 60 people, in Paris in 2019

- Challenge: how to pave the way for more flexibility while preserving employer imperatives / promoting and guaranteeing well-being at work by involving everyone.

- Solution: 'walking the walk' demonstration by actions: the content of the workshop and the conclusions that emerge from it are in the hands of the participants / management withdraws.

- Results: Balance between an invitation to let go and the maintenance of responsibilities leading to co-opted and concrete decisions on adaptations of working conditions and framework.

Three day corporate event for a circle of managers and salespeople, in Barcelona in 2018

- Challenge: based on the identification of the groups three biggest challenges: how to gain knowledge, and raise new perspectives.

- Solution: three day learning expedition combining keynote speakers, panels and Collective Intelligence processes to allow the group to find its own solutions.

- Results: heightened awareness thanks to the disruptive nature of the content / co-creation of roadmaps and dedicated teams for the three subjects.

- Challenge: starting from a strong commitment at management level: how to explain and adopt a CSR focus at all levels of the company, in all its actions.

- Solution: empower each person to take ownership of this commitment; using a collective process of projecting into a dreamed common future.

- Results: a model where each person finds and believes in their pe / 5 independent and voluntary project committees.

Leadership Journey

"An invitation to the Indian sources of Frugal Innovation, CSR, and Conscious Leadership"

Customized experiential immersion

Designed for a circle of entrepreneurs, 19 countries, 39 people, in New Delhi and Rajasthan in October 2019

- Challenge : disconnecting from everything that is known or expected for 5 days, questioning all of what has been learned, to reconnect with authentic meaning and new perspectives.

- Solution: use of local expertise and wisdom to illustrate and encourage a change in the business model, and in leadership framework. The experience is progressive and meticulously worked out: to deconstruct limiting beliefs, and lead to awakening and new perspectives.

- Results: concrete solutions and innovative optimizations in the way of doing things / deep and lasting upheavals in the way of being (a follow-up is carried out three and six months later).

Online Open Forum

"Togetherness, our lifeline to survive and thrive: how to help each other to face the future"

Open Forum, with dedicated digital platform

Produced for an international group of franchises: 25 countries, 53 participants, online over three days in September 2020

- Challenge : how to re-federate a group after six months of geographical separation (no meetings possible) and time difference (as many countries as time-zones): to allow each person to be part of the circle and to contribute to all the discussions . How to re-create in parallel: a concrete commitment, and a strong feeling of belonging.

- Solution: digital adaptation of the Open Space Forum collaborative process: thus creating a unifying circle, a main assembly with 'à la carte' discussion sessions according to the schedules and desires of each participant.

- Results: a privileged and authentic moment of reconnection, an innovative and creative format giving everyone their rightful place, ending with an individual, peer to peer and group commitments.

- Solution: creating disruption by placing people in a futuristic framework (April 2021) and inviting them to dream up this future, going beyond the fears and uncertainties of the present.

- Results: a bridge to a co-created and inspiring future that generates shared, motivating and constructive optimism.

Designed for an SME, 35 people, in Nice in September 2020

- Challenge: how to welcome people back after long months of remote working: giving them a new lease of life, and reassurance.

- Solution: changing the frame of reference through play: Lego bricks replace discussions, flipcharts or post-it notes: and free up each persons voice: the new models are built in a progressive and symbolic process.

- Results: a playful, relaxed and friendly moment that allows tensions to be resolved, strong issues to be identified: restarting office life on a co-opted and optimal basis.
